Shipping policy

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Any orders received during a weekend or holiday will be processed the next working business day. Shipping time will depend on your location and will typically arrive between 1-8 days. Also keep in mind the time of year you are ordering and whether that may play apart in your shipping times as well. Any additional updates from provider we will update here.

Perishables: We will go ahead and ship food products such as chocolate during hot seasons packed with cold packs. We will do our part in making sure that the item arrives not melted. If by chance the product has melted during shipping and we have packed the item with cold packs and have done our part in the packing process. We are not responsible for the product melting due to the high temperature during that particular time of year.
