Our Process:
Inquiry: Overall gifting budget, quantity, event details, wedding date.
Preliminary Quote: We will send a preliminary quote with all your gifting details provided. When everything looks great you will accept your quote.
Retainer: We will gather a $300 retainer to get started. This allows us to provide a full gift design rendering with all your beautiful gifting details for you to visually review & book your gift order in our design calendar.
Full Gift Design Rendering: Once we gather your retainer we will get started on your beautiful gift design rendering. Please give us up to two weeks to complete for your review and approval.
Review & Edits: You will review your gift design and can make any desired edits. Typically clients love their orders and only need to edit a few things if need be. We will allow up to one full design edit per order. We want you to love them as much as we do! You will then approve your order.
Production & Assembly: Your order will then be placed into production & assembly.

Inquiry: Please give us 48-72 hours to respond to your inquiry. Please kindly take a moment to fill out the inquiry form below. Once we receive your information we will will review your details to make sure we are the right fit for your gifting needs. Once we feel that we are a good match for what you are looking for. We will reach out and walk you through our design process.
Full Service Gifting Coordination: With each custom order we take a great deal of care in all the details regarding shipping and coordination with your venue, hotel, and individual recipients. We send a confirmation on all shipping details for you to sign off on. Once the ordering process in complete, you can take a deep breath knowing that your beautiful gift order will be arriving safely to your destination.
Fedex Insurance: We insured each gift order by Fedex insurance. This provides a greater level of security in the case the package was lost, stolen or damaged. Bulk orders are insured up to $1,000 per box.

(25 Custom Wedding Welcome Minimums) for orders $65 and above.
(30 Corporation Gift Minimum) for all custom orders $65 and above.
(15 Client Gift Minimum) for all client gifts $75 and above.
